I put a Jardine slip-on over the summer. To my ears, the sound is fantastic. Jardine maintains that no re-jetting is necessary, and I must say I didn't notice any difference in performance (maybe a bit more burping and farting on deceleration).
The only problem with the muffler is it discolors rather quickly, mostly where it is connected to the header (within 1,000 miles). But you know what? I don't care if ir turns purple. I could never go back to the stock sound.
